Duties include hiring and overseeing a multitude of freelance workers over a spectrum of jobs including marketing, social media, PR, manufacturing and pattern cutting. Designing, pattern cutting, sampling and costing the products. I am responsible for sourcing and logistics, coordinating time frames and the smooth running of every aspect of the business
